The Judicial Council approves the update of the Judicial Scale for the year 2024. 

The Judicial Scale strengthens the judicial career and protects the independence of judges. The Judicial Power Council (CPJ) in its regular session No. 20-2024 dated July 2, 2024 approved the update of the Judicial Scale for the year 2024, in accordance with Article 14 of Resolution No. 20-2024, which establishes the Judicial Scale for the year 2024, in accordance with Article 14 of Resolution No. 20-2024.

The Judiciary Council has published a public consultation on the modification of the Disciplinary Regulations applicable to judges.  

The Judicial Power, within the framework of the Justice a Day plan and as part of the 100% Transparency axis, is in the process of reviewing and updating the rules governing disciplinary proceedings.
