Data protection
The judicial function exercised by the Supreme Court of Justice and the Courts and Tribunals of the Dominican Republic implies that in the processing of proceedings personal data is used; within which we can highlight those that refer to professionals, such as judges, as well as lawyers and attorneys. Also, personal data of the parties are processed, whether they are plaintiffs or defendants, claimants, plaintiffs or defendants, intervening parties, among others; as well as those pertaining to witnesses, experts or assistants.
