Agenda of the sessions.
The convening of the sessions of the Council of the Judiciary shall be accompanied by an agenda prepared by the President with the proposals submitted by the Secretary General of the Council of the Judiciary and the other members.
Agenda items should be included in chronological order of receipt and priority of the matter in question.
Deadline for distribution of the agenda.
The agenda and accompanying documents shall be distributed among the members of the Council, sufficiently in advance for their adequate preparation in accordance with the provisions of the regulations.
Agenda advertising.
The agenda of the Judicial Council shall be made available to the public and its contents shall be published on the Judicial Council's website, no less than three hours prior to its distribution among the members.
