In the case of an opinion that resolves issues in opposition to the jurisprudential doctrine of the Court of Cassation, it is necessary that the cassation brief cites two or more rulings of the First Chamber and explains how, when and in what sense the challenged decision has violated or ignored the jurisprudential doctrine of the Court of Cassation.
