The National School of the Judiciary is responsible for the initial training of aspiring judges, ensuring their technical training. It also directs the training and improvement of all those who are part of the structure of the Judiciary, or aspire to be part of it.
The training provided is comprehensive, addressing in every teaching and learning process the level of knowledge or information, its practical application and the emotional and value aspects involved.
The curricula or study plans are defined according to the results of the scientific and technical activities developed in the area of judicial training and in accordance with the judicial policies sponsored by the Judicial Branch.
The Board of Directors will consider the curriculum submitted for its consideration by the School's Directorate, which will contain the main activities to be developed in each of the programs.
Likewise, we emphasize that such training is offered free of charge, effectively and continuously to all operators of the Judicial Branch.
