SCJ establishes that workers may request salary review if the modalities of the employment benefit change

The Third Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) establishes that it is legitimate for the worker to request the review of his salary if the employer changes the modalities of the labor benefit. The high court pointed out that the fault attributed to the employee cannot be configured as a cause of the dismissal exercised by the employer.
