The Plenary of the Supreme Court of Justice invites the general public to participate in the public consultation process on the proposed Regulations for the implementation of Law No. 339-22, which enables and regulates the use of digital media for judicial processes and administrative procedures of the Judicial Branch.
With the implementation of this law, users of the justice service will be able to visualize and follow up on their files, and access to justice will be facilitated by making it possible to make requests, deposits and consultations through the Internet from anywhere in the country. Also, lawyers and citizens and citizens will have the option of attending their hearings virtually, in all matters except criminal. In addition, it will enable the use of the digital signature for judges, judges and judicial servants, the creation and access to the parties to the electronic court file and other facilities and advantages that the judicial transformation makes possible.
