The Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ) published the compilation of the main decisions issued during the first four months of the year 2023, which establish jurisprudence of interest to legal professionals and scholars, as well as to the legal community in general.
The compilation for the months of January through April includes 28 decisions on issues related to administrative jurisdiction procedures, customs duties, the astreinte, the suspensive effect of cassation appeals and the enforcement of Constitutional Court decisions.
Also on consumer law, filiation, photocopying as evidence, public servants in administrative careers, tax law, among other topics of interest.
The publication of the main decisions is intended to ensure the unity of the national jurisprudence, as mandated by Article 9 of Law No. 2-23 on Cassation Appeals.
It is also aimed at motivating the development of research and the active participation of the users of the judicial system's services in the evolution of jurisprudence.
