The Judicial Department of Santiago presents an overall average of 105.5% of responses to requests registered in the first semester of the current year in the service offered by the courts to the users of that jurisdiction.
The report released details 111.99% court solutions in the month of January; February 107.54%; March 108.62%; April 111.30%; May 95.65%, and in June 100.49% responses to petitions.
The coordinating judge of the Judicial Department of Santiago, Magistrate Juan Aníbal Rodríguez, highlighted the achievements of the department obtained with the joint effort of the judges and judicial servants of the referred judicial department.
"Proactive and synergistic evaluation as opposed to punitive evaluation, allows us to check how successful the actions we are implementing are in producing the desired improvements," he said.
The total number of requests responded to through the operations dashboards was 81,580.
In addition, the Judicial Department of Santiago held 12,199 hearings in person, as well as 9,849 in virtual mode, during the four-month period January-April 2021.
This effort is driven by the Vision Justice 20/24 Strategic Plan.
